Martha K Standard Returns Policy

At Martha K, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product for a repair, replacement, or store credit, as per the terms outlined below. This policy applies to products purchased directly from Martha K and our third-party sellers. Note that Martha K reserves the right to restrict the use of store credit for certain products.

Please note: Certain aspects of this policy do not apply to Unboxed Deals, reconditioned, or used products. Unboxed Deals refer to items sold at a discount due to damaged or missing original packaging, or signs of handling.

This returns policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. Terms defined in the Terms and Conditions apply here, unless otherwise indicated.


Preparing Your Product for Return

To process your return as quickly as possible, please ensure the following:

Package your product securely to avoid damage during transit.

Clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel.

Include all accessories and parts that came with the product.

Failure to meet these requirements may delay or result in a declined return.


1. Unwanted Products

You can return an unwanted product for free if:

The product is undamaged, unused, and all original labels and stickers are intact.

The product, unless it’s an Unboxed Deal, is in its original packaging, which should be undamaged and sealed where applicable.

The return is logged on our website within 30 days of delivery or collection. After 30 days, only defective products can be returned.

The product is not one of the items listed below as non-returnable.


Changed Your Mind?

You can return the product for store credit, provided it’s not one of the following items:

Digital products like e-vouchers, gaming codes, or downloads.

Audio, video recordings, or software that has been unsealed.

Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals.

Food, beverages, or products intended for consumption.

Nursing or maternity products, unsealed infant bottles, teats, soothers, formula, or nappies.

Beauty products or fragrances that have been used.

Intimate items such as lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, underwear, or piercings jewelry (for hygiene reasons).

Personalized or custom-made items.

Assembled flat-pack furniture.

We’ll collect the product at no cost. Once inspected, we’ll credit your account within 10 days (or issue a refund, if preferred).

2. Exchanges

Fashion and sportswear items can be exchanged for a different size or color (if available). For Unboxed Deals or reconditioned items, exchanges can only be made for a variation of the same product. We will collect the item and deliver the replacement for free.

If the variation is unavailable, we’ll credit your account within 10 days (or issue a refund, if preferred).

3. Incorrect Products Delivered

If we deliver the wrong product or if it doesn’t match the description on our website, please notify us immediately. We’ll collect the product for free, and once validated, either send the correct product or issue a refund/credit.

4. Products Damaged on Delivery

If a product is damaged or missing parts at the time of delivery, you must notify us within 7 days. We’ll collect the product at no charge and either repair, replace, or refund/credit your account based on your preference.

5. Defective Products

We strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. A defect is a material imperfection that makes a product less acceptable than expected. The following are not considered defects:

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

Damage caused by electrical surges or corrosion.

Unauthorized modifications.

Where the product does not suit your preferences despite being accurately described.

If a product is defective within 6 months of delivery, please log the return on our website. We’ll collect the product for free, and you can choose between a repair, replacement, or credit/refund. If repair/replacement takes more than 21 days, we’ll offer a credit/refund.

Warranty Information

Standard Warranty: Defective products reported within 6 months will be collected, repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost.

Extended Supplier Warranty: If applicable, the warranty terms and conditions set by the supplier or manufacturer will apply. Contact us within the warranty period for assistance.

Manufacturer Warranty: For products like Nespresso, Dell, PlayStation, etc., defective items are handled directly by the manufacturer. Please contact them via the provided details.

6. Gift Vouchers & Coupons

Fixed Coupon: If an order paid with a Fixed Coupon is canceled or returned, we will provide you with a replacement coupon of the same value. The remaining balance will be credited to your account or refunded.

Percentage Coupon: If an order paid with a Percentage Coupon is canceled or returned, we will provide a replacement coupon equivalent to the discount applied.

If you’ve used a gift voucher, any refunds will be issued as a store credit.

7. Bundles

Bundle Deal: You may return a full Bundle Deal or individual components. Credit will be issued for the price paid for each product.

Pre-packed Bundle: The entire bundle must be returned together. We may decline the return if parts are missing.

8. Charges & Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (credit card, EFT, etc.). If a product is returned without all its parts or accessories, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
